Rospotrebnadzor has tightened the rules for the return of Russians from abroad - now, when entering the country by any mode of transport, it is necessary to pass a PCR test. Until now, the norm only applied to arriving aircraft.
The decree of the department says that from April 15, all citizens arriving on the territory of Russia by any mode of transport must:
fill out questionnaires on the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (EPGU) and, within three days from the date of arrival in Russia, undergo a laboratory test for COVID-19 using the PCR test. The test result must be uploaded to EPGU;
until the results of the coronavirus test are received, observe the mandatory isolation regime at the place of residence or stay.
