FBK showed Putin's residence in Valdai and a spa complex with an area of ​​more than 6 thousand square meters

(FBK) showed photographs and videos of the official residence of President Vladimir Putin in the Novgorod region.

Investigators note that this residence is the president’s “favorite and, apparently, therefore the most secret”—its photographs have never been published anywhere before.

According to FBK, 150 hectares of land on which the residence is located officially belongs to the Russian Federation. Another 100 hectares nearby are registered to the Prime company, which investigators associate with businessman Yuri Kovalchuk. All main buildings are located on the second plot.

As noted in the investigation, 350 meters from the main house there is a building that is almost twice the size of the main residence - a three-story spa complex with an area of ​​more than 6.6 thousand square meters. Two floors of the building are underground.

FBK publishes a construction plan for the spa complex. According to this document, the building has a room for mud therapy, a float pool, cosmetologist and dentist offices, a 25-meter swimming pool, and a massage block.
