According to the prosecution, the opposition "developed a crime plan." She repeatedly tried to open the vestibule door with the help of her employee who was ignored about her plans, but could not do it and entered the apartment, misleading the courier to deliver pizza.

According to the materials, sable, “possessing superior force, applied violence against Subbotina”, suppressed her resistance, “deliberately, in order to illegally penetrate,” went into the apartment and thus achieved her criminal goal - penetration into the apartment. ”

The judge stated that the evidence of the guilt is enough to make a sentence, and the examination gives a clear picture of the case. Among the evidence is a video from the anonymous telegram channel "Comrade Major", which the defense demanded to recognize unacceptable evidence, MBH Media reports.

At the same time, the court did not take into account the examinations provided by the defense, since they do not correlate with the testimony of witnesses and victims and other evidence.
