The government will allow entrepreneurs who have mastered the Far Eastern Hectare to get a second site

Entrepreneurs who have received the land plot under the Far Eastern Hectare program will be able to apply for a second plot on the same conditions. This was announced at a government meeting by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

"Entrepreneurs who successfully mastered the allocated hectares proposed adjusting the rules, so that it was possible to distinguish another section for the development of their business. The government will expand the capabilities of the Far Eastern Hectar program, if a person has mastered the plot, he will be able to receive an additional hectare of land. Such measures will allow unused lands more actively," said Mishustin (VO VO Interfax ).

The Prime Minister added that the government will also distribute the Far Eastern Hectar program to the Arctic. "Now the boundaries of the territories in the Arctic, within which you can receive a preferential hectare, will be expanded. Citizens will be able to take preferential plots according to a simplified procedure and in a shorter time," he explained. Earlier, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation introduced a bill to the Government of the Russian Federation, which will allow Russians to receive land in the Arctic zone for free. The bill allows you to get a plot only in the land territory of the Arctic. It completely covers the Murmansk region, Nenets and Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrugs, and also includes 23 municipal districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Arkhangelsk region, the Komi Republic and Karelia.

Recall that the state program "Far Eastern Hectare" began to work on June 1, 2016 for residents of the Far Eastern Federal District, and from February 1, 2017, the Far Eastern Hectar can receive any resident of Russia, as well as participants in the state program to assist the voluntary relocation of compatriots to Russia. The design of the site is carried out free of charge using the Federal Information System "Nadanyovok.rf" , as well as in the centers of public services (MFC) or through authorized bodies. The site is provided for five years, it should be free from the rights of third parties and be in free circulation. You can use the land for individual housing construction, agricultural needs, tourism in other areas.

During the first year, the applicant needs to decide on the type of use of the site, after three years - to declare the course of development. By the end of the five -year period of use, the site can be obtained free of charge or long -term rent.
