The treating doctors of the imprisoned oppositionist Alexei Navalny - cardiologist Yaroslav Ashkhmin, anesthetist Alexei Erlich, neurosurgeon Alexei Kashcheev and ophthalmologist Anastasia Vasiliev - addressed the director of the federal sentence of sentences to Alexander Kalashnikov with a request to urgently admit them to a naval colony No. 2 of the Vladimir region. The letter is published on the website of Novaya Gazeta.
Doctors justify their request with a “sharp negative dynamics of laboratory research data” by Navalny. In their opinion, his condition is approaching critical, renal failure has already begun, "which has already led to severe metabolic disorders."
Navalny holds a hunger strike for more than two weeks. The record on his behalf of the deterioration of these tests was published on Friday on his Instagram. It also says that the administration claims the possibility of forced feeding. Navalny demands to allow him to be a specialist in connection with back pain and other symptoms that, which does not exclude the politician, may be the consequences of poisoning.
The treatment of attending doctors to the head of the FSIN contains a request "On negotiations and an urgent medical consultation with medical workers of medical units No. 33 to discuss the diagnostic studies and prescribed treatment, as well as to remove the patient from a critical state threatening death."
The FSIN reaction to this appeal has not yet been. Earlier, the state of Navalny called the satisfactory. It was noted that in his colony two hernias were discovered that could cause pain and other symptoms.
