And then: prosecutors and investigators have long been in uniforms, the judges are in the mantles (though without shoulder straps), and their “apparatus” is like some kind of rabble ...

In 2017, he even introduced the draft law “On the State Judicial Service” to the Duma, Article 50 of which provides for “uniforms and official symbols (signs) for judicial service employees” - they “will be developed by the judicial department, consistent with the Heraldic Council under the President of the Russian Federation and approved by the Council of Judges of the Russian Federation”.

The project, requiring additional appropriations, was not supported by the government, but in March of 2021, it was still recommended by the State Duma Committee on State Construction and Legislation for First Reading. On April 13, he was categorically rejected by the “co-executor”-for some reason, a committee on federal structure and issues of local self-government, but in the near future, apparently, will still be considered.

In the meantime, the introduction of “uniforms” in the courts is a pure partisan. For some time, in some ships, the secretaries of the court hearings appeared in blue shirts without shoulder straps similar to prosecutorial uniforms, and recently in several Moscow ships, secretaries dressed up the colors of khaki with shoulder straps and stars. TASS agency clarified (April 13) that

"The innovation appeared after Mikhail Ptitsyn entered the post of chairman of the Moscow City Court."

Then it is clear: Olga Egorova is a lady to the brain of the bones, and she, apparently, was not a protective color on the gut. The bird, who changed her, went through many years of service in garrison ships and took up the introduction of a kind military uniformity with all determination of his characteristic.

According to the Institute of Problems of Encouraging of the European University in St. Petersburg, four years ago, among the judges newly appointed by the President, two-thirds had experience only or mainly in the apparatus of the courts, and this share was constantly increasing. A bad soldier who does not dream of becoming a general, and a good soldier does not smart, performs movements according to division, turns over his left shoulder and guesses the idea of ​​the authorities even before this thought, if any. Yes, and this fits gloriously into the general militaristic trend. The form is practical, disciplined, allows girls to save on dresses and strengthens the corporate spirit. And in us, civilian centuries, the centuries of Russian history strengthened, on the contrary, a well -known timidity in front of any individual in uniform - well, so we, the non -freedom, is necessary.
