Rapper Morgenstern was charged with drug propaganda. This is reported by TASS with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies.
The reason for initiating the case could be the clips "Rose Wine-2" and Family.
The Directorate for Drug Control (UNK) of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow opened an administrative case under the article on propaganda or illegal advertising of narcotic drugs (part 1 of article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). For both clips of the rap artist, ex-deputy from the Liberal Democratic Party Dmitry Nosov complained.
