George Floyd killer was found guilty of all the prosecution points

In the United States, a loud trial ends. On April 20, the jury issued a verdict in the case of Derek Shovin, a former police officer of Minneapolis, who killed African American George Floyd in his duties on May 31. He was found guilty for all three points of charge:

• murder of a second degree (with evil intent, but without planning);
• murder of the third degree (unintentional murder in a state of affect);
• involuntary murder of the third degree.

12 jury discussed the case for 10 hours. They could only take the verdict unanimously, and this was succeeded the first time. The punishment of Shovin is still unknown - within two weeks he will be appointed by the judge. Only for murder of a second degree they can give him up to 40 years in prison.
