The girls went to the store located on the ground floor of a residential building. At the time of the collapse, they managed to jump away from the pieces falling from above. It accidentally hit the video.

As the chairman of the Association of Councils of the houses of Udmurtia Alexander Evseev said in an interview with IZHLIFE portal, there is no guilt of the management company in what happened, since the lining of the balcony is owned by the owner of the apartment.

"In this case, the management company should, from the point of view of security, notify the owner of the need for work. Responsibility for the harm caused by the culprit, who, based on the circumstances, may be determined by the court," the official said.

The investigating authorities have already launched an audit on the fact of information posted on the social network about the collapse of part of the balcony of a residential building for two women. According to the press service of the IC of the Russian Federation in Udmurtia, one of them "allegedly injured."
