Yakut cinema will be shown in Moscow

From April 30 to May 8, a large retrospective of Yakut cinema will host the Moscow Cinema Cinema.

The program of retrospectives of 15 paintings created by Yakut filmmakers. The opening will be presented by the “Middle World” by Alexei Romanov - the first full -length Yakut film, shot in 1993 and telling about the rites, beliefs and life of the Sakha people. The picture will be shown from the 35-mm film from the archive of the State Film Fund of Russia.

The premieres of three films will be held in the Illusion, which will later be released in Russian rental: a teenage love story “Dance with me” the young director Nikandra Fedorov, the mystical thriller “Closing” by Tatyana Evertestova and the military drama “Private Cherin” Dmitry Koltsova.

The program also included festival hits of recent years: “There is no God except me” Dmitry Davydov, “I need the sun to sit on me” Lyubov Borisova and the “king-bird” Eduard Novikov.

One of the most popular genres in Yakutia - Horror - will be represented by the films “My killer” of Kostas Marsan and “The Cursed Homus” by Peter Hiki.

In addition to the author’s cinema, the audience will see the cash hits “Agent Mambo” and “Tygyn-Darghan”, the early films of Stepan Burnashev-the first Yakut zombie-Horror “Republic Z” and the horror almanas “Hara Dyai”, as well as the paintings “God Diegoye” Sergey Potapov and his daughter Tatyana Evertestova.
