
The Leninsky District Court returned 47 administrative cases initiated by participants in the inconsistent campaign on April 21 to the city Ministry of Internal Affairs. Information is contained in the court of the court.
In total, 56 administrative cases on participation in an inconsistent action were published on the institution’s website (part 5 of Article 20.2. Code of Administrative Offenses). Eight of them were transferred to other courts, and 47 were returned to the police. The basis for this was paragraph 4 of Article 29.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (improper drawing up the protocol).
The former policeman Sergei Rimsky reported on the shares on his Instagram that Ivanovo activists in May planned to reach the action against police arbitrariness. He emphasized that they are ready to cancel it if the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the courts close 56 cases aroused against participants in the inconsistent protest on April 21. At the same time, the organizers of the action said that they would not "take a protest."
"It is worth assuming that they expect this from us. Therefore, we are going peacefully and in a legitimate place!" - They wrote in the Telegram channel.
On April 30, the Roman was called to the Investigative Committee for the issuance of an explanation in the case of insulting a representative of the authorities (Article 319 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
In Ivanovov, more than 350 people came out for an inconsistent action in support of Alexei Navalny on April 21. The regional Ombudsman Svetlana Shmeleva said that the police detained about 50 people. The townspeople sent a collective complaint to the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ombudsman about the actions of the police. In the appeal, they indicated that law enforcement officers did not explain their rights to the detainees, applied physical strength and seized personal belongings.
A day after the promotion, the head of the regulations of opposition parties said that the police asked them to notify in advance of the planned single pickets. The 7x7 Internet magazine sent a request to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ivanovo Region with a request to comment on the grounds for such a request.
