By the time of arrival in the village of Lokhino, more reminiscent of the cottage village, I already knew how Colivating was formed on the street with the beautiful name Rodnikova. Old friends met, sat, talked and realized: it was sad after quarantine to the impossibility. “And let's remove the house and start living together. A little away from Moscow, you can see the house more. ” They found the house for four bedrooms, threw themselves and drove. Today, nine people live in coliving, the average age is about thirty.

The house where the community of the new format was located is visible from afar. Andrei, one of the ideologists of his creation, goes to meet me on the road. Andrei and became my guide to the house.

Right from the threshold - a sauna and a jacuzzi. Start impressed! Further - more: a hall with a sofa and a fireplace. Six cubic meters have already been purchased for him. On the wall, a board dotted with different leaves. One stands out: "Hold your face so that it does not become a muzzle." Andrey explains:

- This is Marina, she likes to do such things. There are many similar inscriptions. And the whole house is there. (Shows up). Here is only one of the bedrooms.

In the course of the following, I notice a sports shell with gravitational boots - here you can hang upside down. They say it is very useful. The next point is the kitchen, which is considered the focus of life. The kitchen is generously packed: two blends, multicooker, a jacket, a mechanical coffee grinder. On a separate shelf, the circles are all different. There are two guitars above the sofa.

One of the walls of the hall is decorated with a very original installation.

- This is a Christmas tree, with planets. Where did Mercury go? - Andrei is concerned about Mercury, finds and returns to its place. - Marina came up with.

- Marina, probably a designer?

- Including. Everything is there: marketing, design, promotion, and advertising - it is well done! I left now to my friends in Kaliningrad.

Marina, indeed, was in Kaliningrad. But her presence in the house was constantly felt. And the name was often mentioned.

In addition to the Christmas tree in the lobby, a massive bookcase is located. I am allowed to see the library collected by the common efforts: “History of the XI century”, “The bed of the warlocks”, Akunin, Hawking, Likhachev, Shakespeare's comedy, Bokkaccio, “The Art of Mongolia”, “Tretyakov Gallery”, Management Management and Culinary Affairs.

- Who plays?

-A little bit of the female and guests. There must be a piano in the house - they took it and bought it.

Rubber swords are hidden in the corner behind the piano. The male half sometimes arranges fights. Zhenya can handle a real sword and fencing. He also loves role -playing games. And for days, Zhenya is in the service - state: he goes to meetings, conducts projects, works a lot ... I could not wait for him.

A rather steep staircase Andrei leads to the second floor. There are three bedrooms.

- This is the most major and large. Here Marina and Katya live. Katya, by the way, loves and knows how to make comfort. Bouquets, bumps in vases are all she.

Katya is responsible for the beauty in this house. And for children in other houses. She is a nanny, sometimes right from dawn to sunset. I already understand that taking everyone on this territory and at once is an impossible task. Even with cats (and there are two of them in the house - Mark and Arctur) this does not work. If the white in the kitchen still appears, then the gray will not descend.

The entire third floor is occupied by a rather spacious gym. True, from the traditional here only dumbbells and rugs. In the very center there is a couch. It lies a man, quite an adult. Trings with bags at the ends stretch from his feet and arms to the ceiling - this is a sinker. The same function is performed by numerous bottles of water. The young man in sportswear, his name is Ivan, produces some manipulations. Very similar to torture.

“This is the“ rule, ”Ivan explains. - To rule, to establish ... This, one might say, is a lazy simulator that gives physical activity due to stretching. You feel like a living person. I will now ask someone to hang me. You can see. Then you want to - too.

Everyone visited here on the “Rules”. A little later, Ivan, as promised, demonstrates him in action. Look at a person suspended for four limbs in a flattened and stretched position, and even performing different twisting from this position, this is already a tangible shake. In addition to the "Rules" I notice a platform with nails in the hall. It is also mastered by all residents. They do not offer me to stand on nails. But they invite to the attic. The attic is not typical at all: spacious and living.

Having examined the entire home, we go down. On the site of the second floor we meet a pretty miniature girl: an interesting haircut, dark trousers and a sweater. The girl puts a camera in a coffee.

- This is Olya. She leaves to order, so it will not work to talk.

Returning to the kitchen, we continue communication at the table. Dima joins us.

- I saw jars there. They say your production ...

- This is urbech ( dull nuts and seeds. - O.P. ), mixed with living honey. It does not contain any additives, really tasty and nutritious.

- Do you make such beautiful jars with labels for yourself?

- These are for sale.

- Good income?

- I am not very pursuing for income. I mainly sell friends. It takes 10-15 cans per month.

“But this is not your main activity?”

- Of course not. I am a 1C programmer.

- And what area are we talking about?

- Well, look: there are 100 squares, the second floor is 120, the staircase is another 10, the hall on the third floor is 50. Only 200 meters.

- Good efficiency!

- In fact, we all know how to work here. By the way! The secret of a well -cleaned five -room apartment is that it is six -room. For example, we have the entire basement - this is a huge pantry. As for cooking, who woke up in the morning, he does. For example, after charging everyone loves to drink smoothies. And to throw all kinds of vegetables and fruits into a blender is simple.

- That is, you have no duty schedule?

- Tried, but did not go. We have no obligation: do not want - do not cook!

- And the dishes?

- Everyone washes behind him. If someone has not washed, the other will wash-this is normal.

- Either an idyll, or a test of tolerance.

- Well, yes. The meaning of the coliving is that people can feel in real conditions when they are responsible for their life, for their lives. And then you can see who treats himself and others.

From economic affairs we move on to expenses. All residents throw 800-1000 rubles once a week, rarely go beyond these limits. The warehouse is spent on food and household chemistry. Dima drove the guys several times to the big purchases of the guys. He has a personal car, Marina prefers car sharing, Andrei rides on an electric bicycle "and happy." Shopping on trifles walk on foot. “We live very modestly on spending,” they say about themselves. A rented house with a communal apartment costs about 135 thousand rubles monthly. - As far as I understand, do nine people live here here?

- Four boys, four girls and aksakal, who was now “pulled” upstairs. He just comes to himself.

- Why Aksakal?

“Well, because I called him so older than us,” Andrei admits.

- How did he come to you?

- Friends of friends. I asked for a while. We have one hundred percent settiness. And always a queue. In the lobby or in the fireplace for one night you can lay. And there is nowhere to live on a constant. ( Laughs )

“I'm leaving to meet my guest,” Dima reports.

“We can have guests,” Andrei explains. - Even with an overnight stay. The first day - please. And then we will agree. If the guest wants to linger, you need to coordinate.

Dima adds:

-The policy is this: if a person remains here for some time, is welcome when he brings something from himself to the team. Some kind of benefit or something good.

- It turns out that you are not quite disinterested?

- Certainly. We have the boundaries of selflessness - a day. And there are bills that need to be paid.

From the conversations, understanding is made up: savings - an argument, of course, important, but not the main one. From coliving, people are waiting for communication and movement.

“Dima and I danced for two weeks,” says Andrey. - There is such a game on the computer Dance Revolution: you need to repeat movements to the music. It is fun.

- Listen: charging, stretch marks, smoothies - are you here for healthy lifestyle?

“For moderate healthy lifestyle,” Andrei corrects. - And we have a bar in the fireplace. In the morning we can do exercises, and in the evening drinking wine is normal.

In general residential areas for communications (and they, according to official wording, in typical colivating, should occur regularly) there are chess: “This Sanya brought. Coliving, although compared with a communal apartment, the presence itself here implies completely different conditions. We will call them the most favorable regime.

- Are there the reasons why they can ask a person to go?

-If there is some obvious misunderstanding. Or a person interferes, but not only to someone, but to everyone. On the other hand, we do not communicate around the clock. Here is Olya: I worked all day, now I left for the whole evening. I saw her in a day for ten minutes. You won’t even have time to quarrel.

- Conflicts, by the way, were serious?

“No,” Andrey answers without hesitation.

If a new person comes to coliving, then at first they just talk to him on common topics, trying to understand: like it, I do not like it. Then they confuse - already without a beginner. The solution is always collective. And necessarily a trial period - two weeks.

- And what do you have for dinner today?

“Cake,” Dima laughs.

- And cook?

- We have rice, we, beans, mussels ...

The company joins the company in a tracksuit. This is Sasha. He is twenty. He is the youngest here. Plans for the evening - drink coffee and play on a computer. The last Sasha makes at the level of a professional.

- Are there moments that are difficult for you in cohabitation?

- I have not noticed yet.

Arriving in Lokhino and looking around, Sasha with the words “I like here” settled first in the attic. And then the frosts hit just. Andrei at that time was away and offered a newcomer to live for several days in his place - in the garage. Sasha’s garage space impressed even more. As a result, a second bed was put there. And today there are already three in the garage. They say that they are just fine there. But they do not show abode. Andrey honestly admits:

- We have a srach there, so I'm embarrassed to show. More precisely, I can show, but do not shoot.

Embarrassment is an argument. I can only say that in the garage, in addition to sleeping places, there is a plate, shower and fashionable lighting today. The very space is part of the house. So the autonomy of the inhabitants of the garage is purely conditional.

I ask Dima why he is here.

-I lived with my parents for some time, then in a rented apartment and realized that I had to bring down somewhere in another place, in principle. And this territory was already explored. I was here at seminars, in practice, I came a couple of times on a weekend. I felt the atmosphere and realized: yes, I would like to live here. He moved and did not regret it. I have a lot of new acquaintances, new discoveries, various pumping in myself. Independent life, it develops. I read books from the local library again. (Laughs)

Andrei continues the topic, he lives on his own since the age of 17.

- For several years I lived alone in the center of Voronezh. To work on foot, go home who you want. But I didn't like it so much. And here I like it. We are interesting to each other.

- Certainly! Here my friends, we were familiar even before they began to live together. After all, it was precisely because of them that I moved to Moscow ( by the way, in Voronezh, Julia has a separate apartment. - O.P .).

- In everyday life, is it easy in a company of nine people?

- It’s easy for me.

- Do you get tired of people?

- To really want to relax - this is not. Everyone has different graphs. Only in the evenings, and then not every day, we get together. And then, on the contrary, I don’t want to sit in my room, I want to go out - because here are all people close to me in spirit.

- How long do you get to work?

- Now is an hour and a half.

- Doesn't he annoy?

- No. (Smiles)
