The case against Mash regarding fakes, opened due to a publication about a hospital in the Kaluga region, was dropped

On January 14, the justice of the peace of precinct No. 349 in Moscow dismissed the case on the distribution of fakes (part 9 of article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), which was brought against the publication Mash because of the publication about the opening of a department in a hospital in the Kaluga region. The case was dismissed due to the lack of corpus delicti: the prosecution failed to prove the unreliability of the information disseminated and that they could violate public order or create a threat of its violation.
