The company "Rusinvest" of Anatoly Yablonsky, deputy chairman of the board of directors of Avangard Bank, won the auction for the sale of the largest independent oil refinery in Russia - Antipinsky in the Tyumen region. The company has been declared bankrupt since 2019.

But Yablonsky's company became the winner of the auction, having paid an initial price of 110.9 billion rubles.
