
The newspaper Sport-Express in the offseason published an annual rating of the highest paid players of the Continental Hockey League (KHL). It included 95 most expensive league hockey players who receive more than 40 million rubles a year.
The ranking takes into account the basic salary of the player, which is taken into account under the ceiling of 900 million rubles per team, excluding bonuses and bonuses. That is, those amounts that hockey players will receive guaranteed. However, it must be taken into account that some players have not yet signed new contracts.
The list as of the current moment was headed by the Czech forward of the Moscow Dynamo Dmitry Yashkin - 115 million rubles. The player can leave for the NHL, in which case the Canadian defender of Barys Darren Ditz (100 million) will take his place. In third place is another Dynamo forward - Vadim Shipachev (95 million).
Places from the fourth to six are occupied by representatives of the Ufa Salavat Yulaev - the Finnish forward Theema Hartikainen (90 million), his countryman goalkeeper Jukh Metsol and Danish defender Philip Larsen (80 million each).
