On October 25, 1940, the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Ryazan Regional Court was sentenced to six years in ITL. On January 11, 1941, the condemnation was re-qualified on Article 58-10 of Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. The punishment was serving in the Karlag of the NKVD.
