The Investigative Committee began an investigation due to a complaint from Pavel Litvin, whose daughter became disabled after treatment in two hospitals near Moscow. Litvin himself told Takim Dela about this.

“On May 19, I went to the Investigative Committee to give explanations. Investigators requested all documents from hospitals and foundations. They will be sent for a medical examination, which, according to them, could take two months,” he said.

On December 30, Litvin’s daughter Ksenia, according to him , suddenly began to choke, and she was taken to the intensive care unit of City Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Krasnogorsk. The next day, the child was transferred to the pediatric intensive care unit of the Moscow Regional Research Clinical Institute named after Vladimirsky. On January 2, the girl experienced clinical death; her parents were informed about this two days later.

Litvin says that his daughter had no previous health problems, but on February 3 she was diagnosed with “thrombosis of the left brachiocephalic and jugular vein, sinusitis, bilateral polysegmental pneumonia, ischemic brain damage, sinusitis, descending optic atrophy of both eyes, left-sided exudative otitis " On March 23, the girl was diagnosed with disability. “Now Ksyusha can barely hold her head up thanks to exercise therapy, she hears, but cannot react, she moves her eyes, but cannot focus her gaze, she moves her hands,” said Litvin.
