By 2023, a new shopping center will be built in Murin. With a cinema and a food hall

In Murin, a shopping and entertainment center with a cinema, Food Hall and a restaurant with a terrace will be built. According to the Steit investment-control company, they intend to build it by 2023.

The Ecopark shopping center will appear next to the main congress of the Kad on the Okhtinskaya alley. Its total area will be 24.5 thousand square meters. On the territory of the shopping center there will also be more than 80 stores and a supermarket.

In the decoration of facades, they plan to use wooden elements in combination with high glazing, landscaping in internal interiors. In the adjacent territories, recreation areas and modern playgrounds will appear. The building for the construction of the shopping center was obtained in April 2021.
