Bailiffs have already come to the Moscow edition of the publication to take an inventory of the property. This was due to 40 fines of Radio Liberty in the amount of 11 million rubles that came into force for violating the law on “foreign agents”, including due to the lack of marking about this status in the publication’s materials.

In total, the court has already imposed 288 fines on Radio Liberty totaling 79.2 million rubles. In May, almost half of them were canceled due to violations: the protocols were reviewed by a magistrate, not a federal judge. In several more cases, production was stopped due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
