An administrative case was opened against an Ekaterinburg woman for an attack on a courier who pushed her son and his friend together until their foreheads bled.

The woman previously told the publication that on the evening of March 18, Shokodko beat her 13-year-old son and his friend, who crossed the road in front of his car on Khokhryakov Street and made an obscene gesture. Shokodko himself said that they also threw a stone at the car.

After that, according to the woman, the courier service inspector parked nearby, approached the schoolchildren from behind in his official uniform, grabbed them by the jackets and pushed their foreheads together several times.

A passer-by let the children call from her phone, and a few minutes later the mother of one of them came there, who, as Shokodko claimed, “pounced, scratched his hand and began to threaten him with violence.”

“My [son] was covered in blood, the second one was almost losing consciousness,” the woman recalled. The children were then taken to the hospital, and her son's friend was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and concussion; he was discharged from the hospital a few days later.

Administrative proceedings under the article on beatings (Article 6.1.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) against the woman began at the request of Shokodko.
