In Moscow, the police detained the activist, nicknamed Zhek Tractor, who hung a banner over the Novo -Arbat tunnel. He himself told the OVD-Info about this.

Now the activist is being taken to the Arbat police department.

On May 27, the Presnensky court arrested the activist for 15 days.
