Fatima Khugayeva, a member of the Communists of Russia party, was detained in Moscow near the presidential administration because of the inscription “Save the plant” on the asphalt. She herself informed OVD-Info about this.
Khugaeva wanted to draw attention to the plight of the Tyazhstankogidropress plant in Novosibirsk. She is being taken to the Kitai-Gorod police department, whether she will be charged with an offense is still unknown.
16:57 Four associates of Khugayeva approached the police department - all the activists were detained. Two of them are Alexander Zimbovsky and Sergey Obukhov.
19:49 Administrative protocols were drawn up against Khugayeva and Obukhov on violation of the rules for holding the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Then all the detainees were released from the police, Zimbovsky told OVD-Info.
