A court in Yekaterinburg fined a picketer who spoke out for women's rights

On May 25, the Zheleznodorozhny District Court in Yekaterinburg found Anna Lukashenok guilty of violating the rules for participation in a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and fined Anna Lukashenok, who spoke in defense of women's rights, 10,000 rubles. This is reported by "Vecherniye Vedomosti".

Lukashenok came out with a poster on March 8. As evidence of the activist's guilt, there was a video recording, which, however, could not be viewed during the meeting. The recording was recounted by the policeman, and that was enough for Lukashenka to be found guilty.
