The head of the regional branch of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Artur Popov, the head of the Communist Party faction in the regional Duma Gennady Stepakhno and the secretary of the city committee Yuri Vatalin are charged with an article on organizing an uncoordinated action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
According to Popov, an employee of the Murmansk administration Pavel Voronin wrote a statement against them, who on May 1 allegedly accidentally passed by the monument to Lenin on a bicycle.
