In Moscow, the head of the Nasiliyu.net center was fined 150 thousand rubles under the law on “foreign agents”

The Perovsky District Court of Moscow imposed a fine of 150 thousand on the head of the Nasiliyu.net center, Anna Rivina, under the law on “foreign agents” (Part 1 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). This was reported with reference to the international human rights group Agora.

Rivina is appealing this decision.

The Violence.net center, which helps survivors of domestic violence, was recognized as a “foreign agent” in December 2020. In April, the organization was fined 300 thousand rubles.
