Irkutsk: Medexpertiza recognized the activist dangerous for society

In Irkutsk, a forensic examination recognized the arrested activist Dmitry Nadein Schizophrenic, dangerous to the company. In addition, not a single medical board previously made such conclusions.

Now the investigation intends to insist on the transfer of an activist from an investigative insulator into a neuropsychiatric hospital for forced treatment.

Nadein was detained in early February this year in Irkutsk. He was accused of calling for terrorism due to posts on the social network of VKontakte. In the texts, he allegedly justified the self-break of the 17-year-old Mikhail Zhlobitsky in the FSB building, committed by him in October 2018 in the FSB reception room in the Arkhangelsk region. FSB investigators concluded that Nadein "recognized the ideology of terrorism correct" and justified any acts of terror. The activist faces a term of up to 7 years.

It is noteworthy that on his page on the social network, the ID of which the investigators indicated in the resolution, the user does not write his own posts, but reposts publications (most often independent media), mainly on the investigation of Alexei Navalny’s poisoning, his arrest and sentence, as well as the posts of his headquarters, which announcing the promotions to support the political prisoners.

The explosion in the reception of the FSB in Arkhangelsk occurred on October 31. A 17-year-old student of the local college Mikhail Zhlobitsky carried a bomb into the building. He died, three employees of the department suffered. A few minutes before the explosion, the student wrote in the chat that the FSB "was fabricating things and torturing people." The Investigative Committee initiated a terrorist attack. Later, ten activists in different cities of Russia were accused of justifying the actions of the executor of the explosion, as well as the preparation of other attacks.
