The government approved the new rules of remote sale of drugs, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reports . Non -set pharmacies will be able to trade over -the -counter drugs on the Internet from September 1, 2021.

Government Chairman Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree that makes changes to the rules for issuing permits for remote sale of drugs. Now they can also receive organizations that have less than ten pharmacies in the network, and companies that do not have their own sites - they will be able to trade with the help of aggregators.

According to the new rules, with remote sale of medicines, prices for medicines should not be higher than those installed in the pharmacy, the government’s press service reports. The document itself, signed by Mishustin on the Cabinet's website, is promised to publish it later.
