A man on an electric scooter knocked down a child

The police are checking after the man ran into a 4-year-old boy on an electric scooter in the park of the 40th anniversary of the Komsomol in the Kolpinsky district. This was reported to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region.
