On Wednesday, June 2, Biden will announce a "month of action" before Independence Day on July 4, according to the AP. Among other things, the president will set a goal for the holiday to bring the proportion of American adults vaccinated with one or two doses to 70% (now 62.8%).

Biden will also announce that the federal government will continue to work in partnership with private companies, influencers, celebrities and local communities to encourage those left behind to get vaccinated soon. So far, such support has taken the form of giving away modest amounts of cash, free tickets to events, or a day of paid vacation, but some companies have gone even further.
