The court fined rapper Morgenstern one hundred thousand rubles under the article on drug propaganda

Rapper Morgenstern (Alisher Valeev) was fined one hundred thousand rubles under the article on propaganda or illegal advertising of drugs (part 1 of article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is written by Open Media with reference to the press secretary of the Zyuzinsky District Court Maria Erokhina.

The court saw drug propaganda in the tracks "Rose Wine-2" and Family. Open Media notes that as part of this case, four examinations were carried out - two of them found drug propaganda in the texts, and two did not.

The report on Morgenstern was drawn up in April. For both clips of the rap artist, ex-deputy from the Liberal Democratic Party Dmitry Nosov complained.
