In St. Petersburg, investigators and police conduct searches in the largest scooters rental services-Whoosh, Molnia, Bolt, Scoobee and Red Wheels. This was reported by the Investigative Committee.

Searches are carried out as part of the criminal investigation under the article on the provision of services that do not meet security requirements. It was excited in late May, after two people on an electric scooter were first shot down, and then beat a man on Nevsky Prospekt.
The investigation is also carried out in three cases of injury to children after they were on scooters. In two cases, criminal cases have already been instituted under the article on causing grievous bodily harm by negligence, another investigation is underway.
