Two months after the release of the article, Rosneft issued an annual report from which it became known that the company bought 100 percent of Taimirneftegaz from NNA (owns a license for the Payyha oil field), and in return agreed to give the NNA its so -called “tail assets” and pay $ 9.6 billion.
