In Vladivostok, Kamilla Sopova, one of the organizers of a motor rally in support of political prisoners, was fined. This is reported by Activation.
The Leninsky District Court found Sopova guilty under the article on organizing an uncoordinated action (part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and imposed a fine of 10,000 rubles. Her interests in court were represented by public defender Anastasia Kapitonova.
“The court did not take any of our arguments into account and the petitions were also denied, moreover, the judge allowed herself to ask my client inappropriate personal questions that were not relevant to the case, for example: “Why don’t you do something useful? Why do you communicate with these people? “And so on,” Kapitonova said about the meeting.
