In St. Petersburg, the police detained the picket worker Nikita Chirkov, who stood on a poster with a congratulation of the politician Alexei Navalny on his birthday. It is reported by the Telegram channel "Piannitsa".

Chirkov was detained after the end of the picket and delivered to OP No. 78. He is charged with an article on violation of sanitary standards (Article 8.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of St. Petersburg).
