Kaliningrad resident fined for hunger strike near city administration building

On June 2, the Central District Court of Kaliningrad fined Alexander Dolgov. The reason for this was a hunger strike near the city administration building. About this writes the publication "New Kaliningrad".

Dolgov was charged with an article on organizing an uncoordinated action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The court imposed a fine of 10,000 rubles on him.

On May 25, a man parked a minibus with posters “Hunger strike” and “Defencelessness” in the parking lot near the City Hall building. He was arrested and taken to the police station. Law enforcement officers considered that Dolgov, together with an acquaintance, held a picket "with visual agitation", which he used as a poster with the inscription "Hunger strike". Dolgov said that his acquaintance did not participate in the action, but simply passed by.

• Alexander Dolgov went on a hunger strike to draw attention to the plight of his family. Due to incorrect paperwork, the house that his mother bought had to be demolished. Now the family is threatened with seizure of the land plot.
