The court extended the arrest of those involved in the second Simferopol case of Hizb ut-Tahrir

On June 4, the Southern District Military Court of Rostov-on-Don extended the term of detention for five defendants in the second Simferopol Hizb ut-Tahrir case. Seitveli Seitabdiev, Remzi Bekirov, Ruslan Suleymanov, Rustem Seitkhalilov and Asan Yanikov will remain in the pre-trial detention center until September 15. It is reported by "Crimean solidarity".

Remzi Bekirov is charged under the article on organizing the activities of a terrorist organization (part 1 of article 205.5 of the Criminal Code), the rest are involved in the case as participants (part 2 of article 205.5 of the Criminal Code). All five are also accused of preparing for a violent seizure of power (Article 278 of the Criminal Code with the application of Part 1 of Article 30 of the Criminal Code).

At the same time, Seitkhalilov has had a temperature in the pre-trial detention center for several days.
