In Perm, two local residents, Stanislav Kulmaganov and Daniil Nakonechny, were sentenced - they were fined 30,000 and 100,000 rubles, respectively, because of graffiti with the inscription "01/19/95 Repeat?". About this writes "Ural. MBKh Media.

The Sverdlovsk District Court of the city found the young people guilty under the article on public calls to carry out extremist activities (part 1 of article 280 of the Criminal Code).

Kulmaganov does not intend to appeal the verdict, he was ordered to pay a fine within three months. Nakonechny was given an installment plan for 10 months, he has not yet decided on the issue of appealing the court decision, the publication clarifies.

The graffiti, because of which the case was opened, depicted a mosque with bombs falling on it and the inscription “01/19/95 Repeat?”, writes “Ural. MBKh Media. It appeared in January 2019 near the construction of houses.

Nakonechny said that with the help of the drawing he wanted to recall the next anniversary of the capture of the presidential palace in Grozny on January 19, 1995 by Russian troops and the victory over terrorists.

The accusation is based on the testimony of Maksim Mokhirev, an employee of the Center “E”. He stated that the convicts created a closed group on Telegram called Our Resistance (“Our Resistance”). Mokhirev also claims that the defendants are adherents of the Nazi ideology.

The trial began on June 11, 2020. The student Prokhor Koltsov also appeared in the case, but he did not appear at the meetings, after which he was put on the wanted list. His case was separated into a separate proceeding.
