Usolye: the prosecutor demands real time to the police who have tried a resident

In the Irkutsk region, the prosecutor at the trial of the torture of a resident of Usol-Sibirskoye Marina Ruzaeva in the police, requested real terms for the accused police in a general regime. Stanislav Golchenko and Alexander Korbuta demanded that the state prosecution demanded to appoint 5 and 6.6 years in the colony, respectively, and Major Denis Samoilov was 7 years old, the husband of the injured human rights activist Pavel Glushchenko said the editorial office of Siberia.

In March, at the trial, experts presented the restored results of a printing examination, during which the police admitted to the torture of a large mother. Earlier, the initial results of the polygraph in the materials of the torture case were destroyed by unknown - the discs with the records were lost.

At one of the meetings, the accused Golchenko, after presenting the examination on the polygraph, said that he admitted to torture due to the fact that "was sitting on an uncomfortable chair," and the expert "tormented him for five hours without a break for a drink or go to the toilet."

In mid -March, the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to verify the statement of the former investigator from the Irkutsk region Sergei Lysyh that falsification of evidence was a common practice in his department. In March 2021, the court sentenced one of the investigators, who was “torture” by the Ruzaeva case, Sergei Lysykh to three years conditionally on charges of falsifying evidence of torture in the police department. Lysyh signed the protocols of investigative actions without the actual presence of witnesses, and also introduced false information about the details of the crime.

• Since 2016, a resident of Usolye-Sibirsky has been trying to hold the police, who, according to the woman, tortured her in the police department for five and a half hours. According to the victims, she was put on a bag on her head, was handcuffed to the bench and beat with a shocker, demanding that a neighbor’s murder case testimony.
• Human rights activists managed to get a criminal case against Major Denis Samoilov and operatives Alexander Korbut and Stanislav Golchenko from the Usolya-Siberian Ministry of Internal Affairs, but they have not yet been responsible-the investigation has been stopped and restored after resonance due to publications in the media.
