DOXA editors have their preventive measures extended until September

The Basmanny District Court of Moscow extended until September 14 a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions of the editors of DOXA magazine Natasha Tyshkevich, Alla Gutnikova, Vladimir Metelkin and Armen Aramyan. This was reported by Gutnikova’s lawyer from OVD-Info, Dmitry Zakhvatov.

The court satisfied the investigation's request to leave all four of them prohibited from certain actions: they are prohibited from going out except from eight to ten in the morning, using the Internet, receiving correspondence and communicating with other defendants in the case.

When asked by the judge to the editors of DOXA about their opinion about the request to extend the preventive measure, the defendants said that the investigation is working slowly, does not specify investigative actions, and often when appearing in the Investigative Committee, only serves subpoenas for the next interrogation.
