Employees of the Barnaul City Clinical Hospital No. 5 published on social networks a statement that reported that they were deprived of “covid” allowances.

“In the period from May 1 to May 31, 2021, we were not entered into the table, for which“ covid ”payments are relying for us. The hospital leadership presented us with orders that the worked hours would not be included in the tablet. This was reported at the end of the working month, 2 days before the wage. <...> It is a shame that we walk all in the vomit of patients, and we are deprived of these payments. How so? We work in a day, go into the red zone. We worked out 288 hours. "

Under the pretext of “non -fulfillment of official duties”, the allowances refused to all 23 orderlies of the intensive care unit resuscitation department.

- For the money received in May, we could be on duty 7-8 shifts. But they plowed 12, ”says Anna Petrova, an employee of the hospital (the name changed). - Each of us was underpaid about 30,000 rubles.

According to Petrova, processing were due to the fact that the three health workers went on maternity leave, but they did not take anyone in their place. Another hospital employee, as the orderlies thought, quit, but it turned out that this person was listed on the state at two bets.

To the question of what the wording of “non -compliance with official duties” means, Petrova replied that she herself did not understand this. Nobody submitted claims to the medical staff during May, according to her, and the employees were announced about disciplinary violations at the end of the month. At the same time, according to Anna, the violations were not recorded in hospital magazines.

Employees of the GKB No. 5 sent an application to the prosecutor’s office and to the “direct line” with Vladimir Putin.

- Now we continue to work. But the nerves are flooded with us. They invite the head physician to write explanatory due to appeal to law enforcement agencies. They find out the names of the applicants and silently draw up some acts, ”says Petrova.

According to the head physician of the hospital No. 5 of Irina Wilhelm, disciplinary and other penalties for orderlies in May were really not used.

- According to the facts set forth in the appeal of the staff, an official investigation is carried out. The institution promptly created a commission to verify the actual development of the time and volume of payments accrued by the Social Insurance Fund. The employees and I individually discuss and conduct a conversation so that there is no misunderstanding, ”said the head physician.

The solution to the issue with “covid” payments to medical workers GKB No. 5 is under the control of the regional Ministry of Health.
