The St. Petersburg City Court upheld the verdict of the defendant in the “palace case” Kirill Bogdanov. “Prisoners 212” writes about this.
At the end of March, the Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg found Bogdanov guilty under the article of violence against a government official (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code) - he was sentenced to one and a half years of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period of two years.
According to investigators, the person involved in the “palace case” at the rally on January 31 deliberately struck a police officer twice in the torso area, and then struck a police officer once in the back, causing them moral harm and physical pain. Bogdanov spent more than a month in a pre-trial detention center.
