On June 9, late in the evening, the Moscow City Court satisfied the claim of the Moscow prosecutor's office and recognized as extremist organizations the regional headquarters of Alexei Navalny and the two organizations he created - the FBK and the Fund for the Protection of Citizens' Rights *. Earlier, the Ministry of Justice entered them into the register of foreign agents.

The meeting was held under the cover of secrecy - some of the materials of the case were labeled "secret", the meeting was closed, even the press was not allowed to announce the decision. At the same time, Navalny's ally Ivan Zhdanov was put on the federal wanted list today.
