Andrei US, who was published in Moscow in Moscow in single pickets demanding to issue Ukrainian citizenship in Moscow, left Russia because of a series of arrests and forced premises in a psychiatric hospital. OSD-info himself told about this.
The mustache was repeatedly detained during shares on Red Square or near the FSB building. On his posters, he usually writes the requirements to take him to Ukraine and provide him with the citizenship of this country. The detentions took place in 2020 9 ,10 , 21 ,22 , 25 , on December 1 , 5 , 15 and 31 , in 2021 - January11 .

On April 1, 2021, the USU was appointed 30 days of arrest due to the picket on February 13 in the Alexander Garden. Before this court of the picket, a month and a half - from February 13 to March 31 - was held in a psychiatric hospital. According to CS, he was given a “political diagnosis”, namely a schizotypic personality disorder . In the hospital, the activist was infected with an unknown infection and could not receive the necessary treatment, which is why his fingers faded.

In the hospital, the doctors said that they would not write out the mustache until he recognizes the “delusions” of his idea of obtaining Ukrainian citizenship. Approximately two weeks before the picket discharge, they called the head of the department for a conversation in the office, where an unknown man who introduced himself as an “law enforcement officer” turned out to be. The unknown said that the USU “needs to be healing and returning to normal, after which he will change the opinion of the perfect”, referring to protest promotions. The activist was threatened by the initiation of a criminal case if human rights activists publish information about the action with Putin's doll on February 13. After the release, the security official emphasized, the USSU “recommend” “finish business, earn extra money for a ticket to Kyiv and go where you want to do so.”
On April 28, the court examined another protocol in connection with the picket on February 13, this time under the article on the public demonstration of Nazi symbols (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to the court, Andrei Cad went to the action with a growth doll in the form of Vladimir Putin, to which he inflicted “symbols similar to the Nazi”. The activist was appointed 15 days of arrest. CS has denied guilt from a sane offense.
During the persecution, according to the activist, he and his family exerted pressure. So, after the detention of January 12, the head of the Meshchansky ATS told the Usu that they were "interested in the FSB."
Before that, he told us, unknown people in civilian clothes came to work and proposed to give consent to the hospitalization of the mustache in a psychiatric hospital due to “his activities”. Mother refused.
Already after the release from the arrests at the end of May, Andrei US left Moscow and moved to relatives in the Moscow region. There he discovered that his phone and telephones are listened to. Also, with unknown numbers, an SMS came daily a picket with insults about the desire to obtain Ukrainian citizenship.
On June 11, the mustache was detained on the way home. The activist was returning after work and already managed to go into his entrance when two unknown people were seized, his hands were twisted behind him and put on handcuffs. The mustache was taken out of the entrance and pushed into the car, in which the numbers were sealed. There were only five people in the car along with the mustache, two of whom held him under his arms in the back seat. The man in the front passenger seat introduced himself as a “curious citizen” who wants to learn about the “further actions” of the mustache. The detainee demanded to remove the handcuffs from him, but he was refused. The activist asked questions about plans to hold any other promotions and when he is going to leave Russia. The mustache replied that he was not planning any shares and wants to leave soon. After that, handcuffs were removed from the picketer and released.
The activist came to the conclusion that due to pressure could no longer stay in Russia, and left the country on June 13.
