The work of children's rooms in restaurants, cafes and shopping centers, with the exception of cinemas, fitness centers, water parks, oceanariums, libraries, stops. The permitted occupancy of cinema halls is reduced from 75% to 50%. And the maximum number of visitors to cultural and spectacular events held in rooms and outdoors was reduced to 3 thousand people.

The introduced changes will also affect the St. Petersburg graduates: the “Ball of the Medalists” was canceled in the city, which many learned only at the time of cancellation.
