The court in St. Petersburg dismissed the case against a participant in the Municipal Russia forum

The magistrate of the 39th district court in St. Petersburg dismissed the administrative case against Anastasia Kuznetsova, a participant in the Municipal Russia forum and a former assistant to the municipal deputy of the Finnish District. It is reported by "Pravozashchita Postcards".

Kuznetsova was charged with an article on participation in the activities of an "undesirable" organization (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). As lawyer Anastasia Burakova clarifies, the court concluded that there was no corpus delicti in the actions of the former assistant to the mundep.

• On April 26, 2017, the Russian Prosecutor General's Office declared a number of organizations associated with Mikhail Khodorkovsky undesirable. The list includes UK-registered OR Otkrytaya Rossia, Open Russia Civic Movement, Open Russia and Institute of Modern Russia, Inc, registered in the USA.
