In Novokuznetsk, the police detained the picket worker Igor Gorlanov, he himself informed the OVD-info.

Gorlanov went to the city administration with a poster in support of Alexei Navalny. He was detained immediately after he turned the poster. Activist was delivered to OP in the Central District.

Gorlanov was already detained the day before, June 18, during a single picket. Then he was released after drawing up a protocol on violation of the rules of public event (part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

17:00 Gorlanov is released from the police department with a protocol on violation by the organizer of the public event of the procedure for its holding (part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), he said to the ATS-Info.

Thanks to the shares, he managed to achieve the apartment laid down by the law. In December 2019, Gorlanov was placed in a psychiatric hospital after he announced an unlimited picket in order to achieve a personal meeting with Putin.
