The senior police lieutenant was at a security post near the Turkmenistan Embassy in Moscow. this TASS reports with reference to the capital's department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

On June 20 at five in the morning, local residents reported to the police “that a policeman had been wounded.” The squad that arrived at the scene discovered the body of a department employee at the security post, “who, according to preliminary information, committed suicide.”
