According to a local resident, the boy threw stones at her son and insulted him. Eyewitnesses try to protect the child, but the woman’s partner intervenes and a fight breaks out.

The mother of the injured boy contacted the police on June 13, the Ministry of Internal Affairs said . She complained that “an unknown woman caused bodily harm to her 9-year-old minor son.” The department is conducting an investigation.
