Kaliningrad: SK checks activists under the "Dadinsky article"

In Kaliningrad, the Investigators of the Investigative Committee check two activists of Vadim Khairullin and Evgeny Fedulov under the "Dadinsky article" for the repeated violation of the organization of the meeting or rally. This was reported by "New Kaliningrad" with reference to lawyer Maria Bonzler.

Presumably, from the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the IC, materials were received for activists demanding to bring the latter to criminal liability. At the same time, Fedulov was already summoned for interrogation in the UK. She refused to testify, referring to the 51st article of the Constitution ( the right not to testify against herself - SR ). Khairullin will also in the near future will visit the Investigative Committee for interrogation.

“So far, they are assigned to both status, but everything goes to what they will make them suspects,” Bonzler said.

Fedulova and Khairullin participated in the January rallies against the current government in Russia and in support of the founder of the Corruption Foundation* Alexei Navalny. Fedulova after the protest on January 23 received 6 days of arrest, Khairullin was fined. For a rally on January 31, Khairullin was arrested for several days for alleged organization of protest.
