Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced new measures to combat coronavirus, which will affect primarily catering establishments. “The situation with the incidence of Covid remains very difficult. He also recalled that the last days in Moscow was an experiment to create zones free from the Covid-19. More than 100 restaurants, cafes, bars and other public catering establishments joined the initiative: they created zones for visitors and personnel who have been vaccinated from Covid-19.

In turn, the president of the Federation of restaurateurs and hoteliers of Russia, Igor Bukharov, considers the measures of the Moscow authorities justified. “Now the question is like this: either a full locone in general, or really somehow stimulate people, so that they have the opportunity to go to restaurants, but on a QR code.
